To get to the core of any issue, just
FOLLOW the MONEY
Have you ever said “Why can’t just fix this problem by yada-yada” Well, the core answer is because somebody is making money by the status quo. By the problem NOT BEING FIXED.
So, simply identify those Industries and organizations that GAIN from the Status Quo.
Then identify those industries that make money by fixing the problem
THEN, and only then, can we create an effective Strategy.
Simple, isn’t it?
